Chuck Sperry, the American artist considered the king of silkscreen printing, returns to Paris for his "Archetypes" exhibition, coinciding with the release of a monumental 900-page book on his work from 2009 to the present day.
The exhibition will feature new works on wood panels, silkscreen prints on paper, rare archives, and collector card sets. This exhibition is centred around female figures and deities from Greek mythology.
Chuck Sperry has built a universe where beauty becomes a force, myth a critical tool, and psychedelic aesthetics dialogue with democratic ideals. Chuck Sperry's works are created using an artisanal silkscreen printing practice, layering colours with intense chromatic density.
