Trijntje Oosterhuis Sings Burt Bacharah & Stevie Wonder

Trijntje Oosterhuis is a renowned Dutch singer, songwriter and musician, recognized for her exceptional vocal talent and great versatility across different musical genres, notably Pop, Jazz and Soul.

Born in Amsterdam, she began her career in the early 1990s within the duo "Total Touch" which she formed with her brother Tjeerd Oosterhuis.

The duo achieved significant commercial success, before Trijntje launched a solo career crowned by the release of numerous critically acclaimed albums. Oosterhuis is recognized for her powerful and emotional voice, as well as her ability to blend styles with great ease.

One of the highlights of her career remains her collaboration with legendary composer Burt Bacharach.

Together, they worked on her albums "The Look of Love" (2006), "Who'll Speak for Love" (2007) and "Everchanging Times" (2021), in which she performs classics from the Bacharach repertoire.

Their collaboration also extended to the stage, during Bacharach's concert tours, during which Oosterhuis performed some of his most iconic titles.

She has also collaborated with major artists such as Gregory Porter, Herbie Hancock, Al Jarreau, Lionel Richie, Toots Thielemans, Clayton Jazz Orchestra and Candy Dulfer.

Throughout her career, she has received numerous awards and honors, affirming her place among the major figures in music.

In 2025, she celebrated Stevie Wonder's 75th birthday through a tour titled "Celebrating Stevie Wonder & 50 Years of Songs in the Key of Life" with the extraordinary guitarist Leonardo Amuedo.

This summer 2026, Trijntje and Leonardo will visit France to continue their performances in an exceptional artistic duo.
