After a packed concert last year, here comes ADAM BOMB's return! And this time for an exceptional occasion: he will open for SCORPIONS in 3 French arenas this summer…
ADAM BOMB (heavy glam, USA) An opportunity for a warm-up party on July 15 to celebrate! ADAM BOMB has a CV to rival the greats: after a first cover band with the future singer of Queensrÿche, he joins the hard rock band TKO, before auditioning for KISS in 1982.
He then stays in LA, and shares an apartment with Izzy Stradlin. He befriends a neighbor, Tommy Thayer, then guitarist of the excellent Black'n'Blue and later KISS, who encourages him to launch his solo project.
After playing as a fill-in for some gigs (replacement for Yngwie Malmsteen for Steeler,…), he finalizes his first album "Fatal Attraction" with Chuck Huff (drummer for Montrose, Edgar Winter), Cliff Williams (bassist for AC/DC), and musicians from Billy Idol and Aerosmith.
In 1983, Axl Rose and Izzy Stradlin see him play with TKO at the Troubadour; impressed, they consider asking him to join them for what would become Guns'n'Roses, but fear he might refuse.
He then continues his solo career while playing gunslinger for heavyweights like Johnny Thunders, Chuck Berry, Steve Stevens. X, and since then Adam has been touring the world non-stop and releasing albums, delivering his heavy rock that's simple, raw and enjoyable.
His prestigious collaborations and encounters are endless: John Paul Jones, Michael Monroe, Van Halen,… It's said that our French rocker even found inspiration for his hit "Allumer le feu" after attending an Adam Bomb concert!
