Les JO de la poésie : un concours artistique unique… à la piscine !

What if poetry came to life by the water? On August 29, the Piscine Thérèse et Jeanne Brulé hosts Les JO de la poésie, an original event conceived by the Gyntiana company. Open to everyone from 7 years old, this competition invites participants to share their creativity through poetry, theatre, music, dance, or any other form of artistic expression.

For one day, the Piscine Thérèse et Jeanne Brulé transforms into a true artistic stage where words meet water. Les JO de la poésie is a friendly and participatory competition that celebrates creativity in all its forms.

Whether you are passionate about poetry, a slam enthusiast, a singer, dancer, musician, or simply curious to experience something original, everyone is free to propose a performance around a unique theme: blue.

Before the performances, the theatre company Gyntiana will support participants with collective workshops and personalised advice to help them prepare and enhance their act. The event is free and open to children (from 7 years old), teenagers, and adults.

Younger children can, of course, be accompanied by their parents. Performances, lasting a maximum of 7 minutes, can be presented in French or another language (with an integrated translation), and the public will be invited to vote for their favourite performance.
