A piano and vocals set blending jazz standards, contemporary covers and original compositions, in an intimate format that retains all its musical power… Pamina Beroff is a jazz singer-songwriter-performer based in Paris.
Raised in a family environment closely linked to jazz, she grew up in contact with great musicians met notably at the Montreux Festival, which nurtured her vocation early on.
In 2013, she went to study in London at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama, where she obtained with highest honors a Bachelor's degree in jazz in 2017. Immersed in the London scene, she regularly performed with her quartet and studied under recognized jazz figures.
Passionate about vocal improvisation, she also devoted her thesis to the evolution of scat. In 2022, she first released the EP Sides, then her debut album Unfolding, directed by Éric Legnini. Line-up: Pamina Beroff: Vocals; Simon Chivallon: piano.
