A rare immersive experience focused on movement and well-being, in the heart of an 18th-century château – for those who feel the need to slow down, breathe, and move – differently.

For ten days, we rediscover movement, posture, gaze, and the sensation of being present, in one's body.

Marina Kudryashova and Oleg Rogachev, dancers at the Opéra National de Bordeaux and former students of the Bolshoi Academy, offer an immersive retreat combining classical, contemporary, and historical dance, Münz Floor®, health gymnastics, well-being workshops, and the art of living – a residential stay at the château (meals included), 1h30 from Paris.

Each participant benefits from a personalised assessment with a physiotherapist upon arrival. No dance experience is necessary. Only the desire to feel and explore.

The retreat concludes with a Masked Ball in the château's salons – candlelight dinner, period dances, and artistic performances. Not a dance workshop. Not a spa. Something that goes further.
