Workshop « Mille faces, même cœur »: Scenic expression, theatre, and improvisation workshop. A workshop to explore, play, dare. Through theatre and improvisation, everyone is invited to discover their multiple facets in a creative, playful, and benevolent setting. A moment to reconnect with oneself and with others.
Objectives:
- Disinhibit oral expression
- Develop self-confidence and trust within the group
- Encourage creative risk-taking
- Experiment with teamwork
- Facilitate a smooth transition to
Approaches and planning
Each session opens with a somatic practice to develop mindfulness and availability to the group.
Day 1 – Meeting each other
Anchoring, trust games, and initial group dynamics.
Day 2 – Exploring
Character creation, silent narratives, and improvisations.
Day 3 – Building
Voice work and creation of short scenes.
Day 4 – Transforming
Exploration of contrasts and repetitions.
Day 5 – Sharing
Public presentation and a convivial moment.
Please note: in the morning, an English revision course can complement this one.
