Byzantine chants, medieval chants, and Mediterranean songs bear witness to the diverse influences between musical traditions of the Mediterranean basin through the centuries. To this repertoire are added songs that I have written, inspired by Byzantine music and ancient music.

Photini (Fenia Papadodima) Photini (Fenia Papadodima) is a singer, actress, composer, and filmmaker. She graduated from the National Conservatory of Dramatic Art in Paris. Very young, after completing her classical piano studies, she turned to musical composition and singing.
She writes songs and the music for her own short films and musical pieces that she stages in theatre. She made her first medium-length film, which won awards at major international festivals, at age nineteen.
She studied lyric, Byzantine, and Carnatic singing as well as jazz vocal improvisation. She sings at world music and classical music festivals in France and Greece.
In parallel, she acts in cinema and theatre in Paris (Odéon-Théâtre de l'Europe, Théâtre de la Tempête, Théâtre de Gennevilliers, Théâtre Bobigny MC93, National Theatre of Strasbourg) and Athens (National Theatre of Athens, Alternative National Opera of Athens, Athens and Epidaurus Festival).
The diverse musical influences acquired throughout her studies and enriching meetings with exceptional musicians in Europe and the United States are reflected in her own compositions and vocal improvisation. In recent years, she sings and teaches Byzantine music.
She performs the Cantigas of Santa Maria, medieval hymns dedicated to the Virgin. She publishes an album with Byzantine hymns to the Virgin, "Theotokia", and two personal albums with her own songs: "Photini's Délos" and "Fallen Star".
With Georges Palamiotis, she creates the album "Eleusis, Tales of the Holy", inspired by Orphic hymns and traditional Greek songs. Her first documentary feature film "The Downtown Refuge" is dedicated to Saint Porphyrios and the Polyclinic Hospital of Athens.
