La maison de tous / La peau de tous

This exhibition is conceived as part of the Fauves Festival #4 at T.U Nantes

Luigi Ranieri, an artist in motion, a nomadic foreigner and resident of different countries, without a preferred medium or fixed language, develops a visual arts practice that unfolds according to situations and territories.

His tool-works, wood and metal structures, printed fabrics, found objects, transform and evolve according to contexts, activated by the artist or by the presence of the public.

One figure inspires this project: a creature from South American legends capable of stripping the skin from others, making it its own and passing itself off as them.

This shifting character, able to bend and physically and psychologically blend in, enables metamorphoses that have led the artist to create modular and unfoldable shelter-tools.

Throughout the Fauves festival, Luigi Ranieri will come to modify his installation, revealing certain spaces while others remain hidden.

Like a magician opening his boxes one by one, the artist proposes to create poetic spaces, activating the spectator's imagination and reflection.
