Singin' in the Rain

SINGIN'IN THE RAIN In ENGLISH, with French surtitles. Gene Kelly singing in the rain… legendary and unforgettable!

Singin' in the Rain is one of the most famous films in Hollywood (ranked the 5th greatest American film!). The film returns to the stage in September 2026 at the Théâtre du Lido, thanks to a magnificent company of actors and singers and a large orchestra. Inspired by the American film by Stanley Donen and Gene Kelly released in 1952, Singin' in the Rain is an optimistic and joyful show that will make you forget rainy days. Each song brightens the story of three artists' destinies in the 1920s in Hollywood, when silent cinema gradually gave way to talkies, and black and white gave way to colour. The artistic team, led by director Robert Carsen, will present a brand-new, spectacular production with 240 dazzling costumes and tap dancing and choreography that will leave you breathless. You won't leave the Théâtre du Lido without whistling the famous I'm singin' in the rain, just singin' in the rain.
