About — The artist
Buena Vista Social Club reintroduced the world to the golden age of Cuban music: the 1997 album initiated with Ry Cooder, multi-million seller and Grammy winner, and then Wim Wenders' documentary made « Chan Chan » and Compay Segundo, Ibrahim Ferrer and Omara Portuondo planetary legends. Today, the heir orchestra perpetuates son, bolero and danzón with intact elegance. In Paris, each concert is a direct voyage to Havana.
