Alvin Joiner, known as Xzibit (pronounced [ɛɡˈzɪbɪt], "Exhibit"), is an American rapper, actor, and host born 18 September 1974 in Detroit, Michigan. He is also known for hosting the show Pimp My Ride on American TV channel MTV.
He initially dedicated himself to a music career on the West Coast rap scene, launching with the album At the Speed of Life and collaborating with successful artists and bands including Eminem, Cypress Hill, Snoop Dogg, Ice Cube, Dr. Dre, Knoc-turn'al, Timbaland, Limp Bizkit, Alice Cooper, Game, 50 Cent, and Within Temptation. He distinguishes himself with his fast, dancing, and aggressive flow.
