YÔKO HIGASHI & KOZO KOMORI

Yôko Higashi (aka Hama Yôko), performer, vocalist and butoh dancer, and Kozo Komori, drummer, will perform together for the first time. Their improvised set will weave together Yôko's voice, electronics and dance with Kozo's dark rhythms, field recordings and electro-acoustic approach, creating a shifting collage of gestures and sounds.

Performance by Julie Cronier, visual artist and member of the La Briqueterie collective in Amiens. She works mainly with collected and salvaged materials, which she reworks in various forms, whether in graphic arts (collage, cyanotypes, screen printing), music (work on magnetic tape), or through light installations. With this solo of magnetic tape loops, created using a Revox B77 tape recorder, samples taken from vinyl records and cassettes, found sound materials, objects and microphones, she improvises a dark, haunting and shifting music made of echoes, tensions and flashes, at the crossroads of noise, musical collage and radio drama.
