De Michel à France - Tribute de Michel Berger et France Gall

The France of the 1970s moves from black and white to colour, and everything changes. A new generation arrives: freer, bolder, more electric. It is at this moment that Michel Berger chooses to reveal his dazzling talent. His compositions dress Véronique Sanson and Françoise Hardy in hits of rare elegance. Michel, now racing down the motorway of success, is nevertheless about to be bowled over. France Gall dazzles him, and very soon she will unpack her bags, in his heart as much as in his life. And so the scene is set. Their life becomes a recording studio on the scale of their love and their combined talents. From then on, they are Michel and France, for all of us. We loved them so much, France Gall and Michel Berger… How many songs have accompanied our lives, from “Tout pour la musique” to “Ça balance pas mal à Paris”, from “La Groupie du pianiste” to “Babacar”, so many titles that still make us dance. And then there are those suspended moments, those songs that touch the heart: “Diego libre dans sa tête”, “Pour me comprendre”, “Évidemment”, “Laisser passer les rêves”, “Seras-tu là… ”, melodies and words that cross time without ever losing their force.

With DE MICHEL À FRANCE, Le Concert Extraordinaire presents a musical tribute show dedicated to two major figures of French song, in the tradition of its earlier productions such as L’Héritage Goldman and Génération Céline. A tribute concert to Michel Berger and France Gall that brings to life on stage a repertoire that has become timeless.

Because we will always be the groupies of this pianist, because deep down we will always be in love with France, let's meet in 2027 in all the major venues across France to share the music of France Gall and Michel Berger in a unique live show and relive, together, those years of happiness.
