Exposition d'André Théval

Fantaisies somnambuliques.

After a long absence, our friend André Théval is back among us with these Fantaisies somnambuliques. True to his approach of salvaging and gleaning, André Théval has taken hold of tissue paper: that of florists, shoe boxes, wrapped magazines, of everything within arm's reach. He needs to draw slowly: « It is difficult, it is fragile, but it is like a daydream with eyes open.  » Resembling butterflies, wings spread, perched on flowers, let us admire these magnificent drawings before the breath carries them further away. In the wonder of the childhood of art. Bernard Briantais
