A 2025 graduate of ebabx - Γ©cole des Beaux-arts de Bordeaux, Dan Potentier is based in Brussels. Dan Potentier's painting is fueled by personal and intimate experiences, explores male bodies, and questions the current homosexual condition, oscillating between desire, the quest for love, and digital saturation. Driven by a vibrant palette and a subtle attention to the light brushing against the skin, his painting contributes to the renewal of contemporary figurative codes.

The exhibition πΆπ‘œπ‘›π‘‘π‘Ÿπ‘’-𝑛𝑒𝑖𝑑 is conceived as an antechamber, opening onto moments of intimacy on the fringes of the night. Moments captured without ever being intrusive, the works assert a sexual and identity freedom that pays tribute to painting as a space of truth and self-affirmation.

A first solo exhibition in Bordeaux, on view until November 14, 2026!
