Exposition Frédérique Mercier

Painting exhibition in the ceremony room of the Mairie de Proville from October 3 to 28

From October 3 to 28, come and discover the work of Frédérique Mercier, a painter from Proville, who will be exhibiting in the ceremony room of the Mairie de Proville (during opening hours, Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 12 pm and from 1:30 pm to 5 pm). The opening reception will take place on Saturday, October 3 at 11 am in the presence of the artist.

A word from the artist:

As a painter and watercolourist, I integrate lace and gold leaf into my abstract creations. I am particularly sensitive to the vibration of colours, which generates the movement of forms. Geometric shapes are my playground. They play together and I play with them. They are alternately stable and mobile, strong and delicate, dense and fluid, and always moving and emotional.

I love the internal rhythm they impose on me, and their dreamy spirituality carries me away towards other emotion(s).
