On Saturday 31 October 2026, the Musée des Égouts de Paris invites the public to experience Halloween differently, a few metres beneath the capital. At nightfall, three guided visits will reveal a little-known world, somewhere between heritage, urban history and a mysterious atmosphere.

Over a route of about one hour, visitors will discover the history of the Parisian sewer system, the daily life of the women and men who maintain it, and the fauna that inhabits these underground spaces.
