“Testostérone”, the show for women “who’ve got it”
Got what? Troubles, quite a few. Guilt, a lot. Standards to follow, constantly! And just as many institutions (family, relationships, media, beliefs) that condition our behaviours and from which Madame Meuf suggests we free ourselves with big doses of pleasure and freedom. A show that’s half political science, half psychology, half funny (that’s 3 halves, another woman who must have been bad at maths!). And 100% feminist and passionate. Hélène Vézier, 15 years in politics – which she weeded out in her show “Politiquement incorrecte” and in her novel “Très très feutré” – just as many years of psychoanalysis and motherhood, 5 years of the feminist podcast Madame Meuf and a breast cancer later, returns with “Testostérone”, her new one-woman show about “strong women” (who are fed up with having to be strong).
