As part of Le Voyage à Nantes From June to November 2026, the Maison de l’architecture des Pays de la Loire is presenting an event dedicated to the history of schools in Nantes, including exhibitions, meetings, conferences and guided tours in partnership with the City of Nantes, Ardepa and the Fédération française du paysage grand ouest. The exhibition highlights the heritage, architectural qualities and landscape design of public elementary schools in the city of Nantes. This is an opportunity to share the reflections and expertise of designers and technicians who are exploring how to conceive and build the schools of tomorrow, in line with societal and environmental objectives and evolving educational approaches.
