Kiosques en fête : le choeur "Emprise directe" en happening !

Emprise Directe is not just a simple choir. We are a troupe of 80 amateur singer-actors (and we really like it that way!) who, around a constantly renewed theme, take to the stage to perform French-language songs, recent or a little older, by famous or undiscovered artists. Guided by a professional team, composed of a talented pianist and an inspired stage director, all under the artistic and choral direction of Guillaume Le Ray, we thus develop our potential by combining high standards and pleasure! Our creation is the culmination of 18 months of work: vocal and physical learning, staging, tableau construction… until we are completely free from scores to fully inhabit the stage. So, on stage, the story comes alive and the audience vibrates in unison with the choir. A little magic, in short…

As part of "Kiosques en fête", come and meet the choir "Emprise directe" at Square Courteline, Paris 12th arrondissement, on Sunday 11 October 2026, from 3 pm to 4:30 pm. You will attend a vocal group happening and become a chorister by learning a song with the choir director.

And then, audience and choristers, we will bring this wonderful encounter to a close by uniting our voices for a common song. And what if these polyphonic voices, this passion and this conviviality made you want to join the group for this new season, in the 12th arrondissement…!
