La lecture, c'est bon pour les bébés ! - Atelier enfants-parents mensuel gratuit

The baby reading workshop is a gentle, sociable time of early learning where toddlers and parents discover together the pleasure of books through read-aloud stories, nursery rhymes and free handling.

Awakening to stories, freely. Conceived as a bubble of gentleness and companionship, this workshop invites toddlers and their grown-ups to explore the world of books from the earliest age.

In a space fitted out with comfortable rugs and cushions, discovery happens without constraint: the child is free to move about, touch, listen or simply watch.

At the heart of the session: free sensory exploration, with a selection of board books, cloth books, high-contrast picture books and touch-and-feel books, set directly at children's height.

Shared and individual readings: short stories whispered or read aloud, adapted to the rhythm and reactions of each baby. Nursery rhymes and finger games: rhymes to punctuate the session, linking words with gestures and awakening a sensitivity to music and rhythm.

Sharing and conviviality: a kindly time of exchange for parents, allowing them to slow down, watch their child and discover ideas for telling stories in everyday life. A warm first contact with children's literature, centred on the pleasure of sound, image and emotional bond.
