Overview
La nuit suspendue is a contemporary theatre production presented at the Théâtre Aleph in Ivry-sur-Seine. The title points to a piece built around a suspended moment.
La nuit suspendue belongs to contemporary theatre, a genre that favours the writing of our own time and productions that probe the relationship between the stage and the audience.
This production brings together the names of Venance Castanet Parcot, Pascale Cognet, Catherine Max-Martineau, Sylvie Miqueu and Laurence Moreau. The title evokes a nocturnal parenthesis, a moment when everyday life seems to stop, and the show sets out to give substance to this suspension through performance and set design.
The Théâtre Aleph, located in Ivry-sur-Seine in the Val-de-Marne, hosts shows across different disciplines and addresses audiences curious about the living forms of the stage.
