As part of the Marcel Mule Festival, Celebration throughout Île-de-France from 13 to 24 September 2026, the conservatoire is pleased to host the elimination rounds of the international saxophone quartet competition Marcel Mule.
About twenty ensembles from around the world will compete on Friday 18 September to access the grand final on Sunday 20 September at Église Saint Merry in Paris. An exceptional jury is invited for this unique event.
The elimination round, which will take place all day and evening, is free to attend. Marcel Mule, founder-father of the French classical saxophone school, celebrates his 125th anniversary this year. The competition is public.
It will be possible to reserve your seat from 1 September.
