Right by the Goncourt metro stop (Line 11) and 3 minutes from République (Lines 3, 5, 8, 9, 11). - After drawing a first wine straight from our 9 barrels, you'll learn the basics of wine tasting. - Head into the heart of the cellar and its century-old table, where our superb aperitif platters await for a second wine. - Then it's time for the black glass, for a blind tasting to sharpen your other senses. So, what colour is your wine? Not as easy as it sounds... - Here's a wine that calls for a pause; doesn't it feel as though time itself has stood still? All the wines and products tasted are available at the right temperature straight from the shop, if you'd like to keep enjoying them at home or take a stroll along the Canal Saint Martin.
