Overview
Presented by Ouragan du Rire.
Philomène's perfect New Year's Eve is about to begin. In a few minutes the day will be over, and the evening promises to be festive and happy, were it not for the sudden arrival of Hippolyte! The encounter between Hippolyte the Marseillais, a pétanque champion, and Philomène the Parisienne, a bank director, is explosive!
Hippolyte's life has been monotonous until the day everything tips over. He wins the jackpot in the lottery! At last he can fulfil all his dreams... starting with taking revenge on the bankers who have been harassing him for so many years. On 31 December, a smile on his lips and a singing accent, he heads for the capital in search of prey. But the banker's prey is tougher than it looks.
It is going to be a merry New Year's Eve, except that... Hippolyte and Philomène find themselves stuck together all night long on New Year's Eve... A clash of cultures! Will they manage to get along? One thing is certain: they will make us laugh!
