Designed by the teams at Universcience and inspired by the Cité des enfants at the Cité des sciences et de l'industrie in Paris, Smallicieux, la Cité des enfants de Lillenium is a 1,000m² space dedicated to children aged 2 to 12. This venue allows them to exercise their creativity and enjoy activities involving water play, ball machines, a special effects studio, or even a construction site… on their own scale!

Smallicieux, la Cité des enfants de Lillenium encourages learning and development through curiosity and play: experimentation, trial and error, the right to make mistakes, active observation, collaboration with other children and with adults allow for rewarding, lasting learning and promote co-education. The adult accompanies and collaborates with the child, encouraging them and helping them to understand.

Evoking as much pleasure as joy and curiosity sparked by the activities to be practiced in this space, Smallicieux is the ideal place for an innovative family outing in the Lille metropolitan area.
