Thaïs - Fille de Joie - Tournée

Family meals are like prostate screening: compulsory once a year, and they touch a sensitive spot.

Since Thaïs was tired of spending a fortune on her shrink, she decided to turn it into a show.

And what better than a family get-together when you're 33, single, childless, an intermittent performer, redheaded, prone to Quincke's oedema, prone to eczema and, above all, a comedian? Anyway, as she often puts it, "Jesus was dead at 33 too, you know."

In her new show, Thaïs Vauquières takes us into an explosive evening where we meet a vegan cousin, a father in the throes of a revelation, a very open-minded mother, and family secrets that tumble out, and the mood plummets as soon as Uncle opens his mouth.

Between impulse phobias, respiratory and food allergies, but above all social ones, she delivers a performance that is as hilarious as it is touching.

"Fille de joie" is the name of the show, and also the way she tries to survive this great party called life. "Chat GPT" You don't choose your family, you don't choose your friends." Britney Spears
