Tombeau pour un Cheval d'Orgueil - Bartabas - Tzar - Lucile Boulanger - Théâtre Equestre Zingaro

Tombeau pour un cheval d'orgueil Bartabas - Tzar - Lucile Boulanger Reflections on work in progress, Thursday 10 September 2026 One scratches at one's pen as one 'scratches a horse': with patience, obstinacy, putting one's heart on the table. The horse is the subject I place before the verb so that it acts in my stead. But is there a lesson he might read while I address him without the help of words? At the twilight of my life, I still cannot give up my dreams, and he is still there to grant them. You are called Tzar and you will keep your name. I hand over the reins and walk away with your step towards other mornings of the world. This show may well be a humble meditation, that of a man who listens, questions and lets the horse choose its words to say its prayer.
