A question everyone asks themselves at least once in their life: what to do to "stay in the race"? Imagine a 50-year-old man (yes, really... that's still young!) who, watching the DVD of a triathlon he ran a few years ago for the umpteenth time, will try to give us advice on how to, among other things, stay in the race. Unaware that his physique has gone downhill, he will very quickly abandon theory to move into action, dragging the spectators with him in his mad dash. The audience experiences the three events at the pace of the champion's adventures. They also laugh heartily at so much goodwill, so few predispositions, and so much bad faith!
