As Coluche used to say: France is getting better. Not better than last year, but better than next year!

We all have a certain idea of France, that fine country of human rights where everyone wears a beret, carries a baguette in one hand and a bottle of red wine in the other. France, that fine country where you always find work at France Travail, where the garage bill is always lower than expected, where a smile is always pulled out rather than a parking ticket. But faced with news that is always positive, reassuring and beyond dispute, who has never doubted their convictions and dared to say, "Va-t'en remonter la France avec ça!"?

Beyond the clichés and the obvious, Saadi will have you laughing at the small and large irritations of everyday life with his gallery of colourful characters, true reflections of our time.
