ALISON'S HALO (10:00pm) (Shoegaze - Phoenix US) Alison's Halo formed in Tempe Arizona in autumn 1992 around Catherine Cooper (vocals guitar) Adam Cooper (guitar) David Roger (bass vocals) and Roger Brogan (drums percussions).
Just months after formation the group established itself on the local scene quickly earning concerts alongside nationally renowned artists such as The Verve Ultra Vivid Scene Curve The Boo Radleys Stereophonics Medicine Lovesliescrushing Bailter Space and more.
The group also performs at numerous festivals across the United States. In 1995 the single *Dozen / Calendar* appeared on the legendary Independent Project Records label. It received excellent national reviews and significant college radio airplay.
Its enchanting blend of crystalline and saturated guitars combined with Catherine Cooper's striking melodies quickly caught wide audiences' attention allowing the group to undertake a successful nationwide tour.
Their debut album *Eyedazzler* recorded between 1992 and 1996 on various PortaStudio recorders with 2 4 and 8-track cassette before being released in 1998 by Detroit's Burnt Hair Records label.
