Overview
A sensitive dialogue is established between Olesya Dzhurayeva's linocuts, Jack Dufour's painting where the image becomes material, and Emmanuel Alloy's modelled figures which capture the fragility of living things.
Emmanuel Alloy Emmanuel Alloy grew up in an artistic environment, alongside a sculptor mother. Initially a painter, he gradually turned towards sculpture, developing a self-taught practice nurtured by literature and cinema.
Today, his work is presented in several art fairs and exhibitions in France. In 2025, he was awarded the Eddy Rugale Michaïlov painting prize by the Fondation Taylor.
Modelled in clay and then cast in bronze, Emmanuel Alloy's sculpture explores the human figure in all its fragility. Tense bodies, fragmented faces and silent presences question memory, absence and the permanence of the living.
Modelling, which is essential to his approach, brings forth powerful forms where the material retains the trace of the gesture.
Olesya Dzhurayeva Born in Tajikistan, Olesya Dzhurayeva grew up in Ukraine and trained at the Mykhailo Boychuk Kyiv State Institute of Decorative Arts and Design, graduating in 2006.
She exhibits her work in numerous countries, participates in major international printmaking biennials and has received several international awards. In her linocut practice, the work of the line is essential.
The artist shapes forms, tones and variations of light, giving birth to images of great sensitivity. Urban landscapes, familiar scenes, details of nature, she combines technical precision with freedom of gesture to reveal the discreet poetry of reality.
Jack Dufour Trained at the École supérieure des Beaux-Arts de Paris, Jack Dufour develops a body of work that he presents in numerous exhibitions in France and internationally.
He regularly takes part in the Salon d’Automne in Paris, where he has chaired the Environmental Art section since 2015. In 2025, he received a Taylor painting prize there.
At the crossroads of photography and painting, Jack Dufour creates compositions where the photographic image becomes the material of a pictorial creation
