Baby Berserk + Jasmine Not Jafar

If the Baby Berserk experience had to be summed up in a few words, it would be avant-garde retro. The Amsterdam trio skilfully juggles between synthpop infused with disco inherited from the 1980s and dark post-punk, while weaving in house sonorities. Amid leather, latex and sharply drawn eyeliner, Baby Berserk dares to create groovy anthems and precisely calibrated rhythms so that rockers and dancers can come together in communion on the dancefloor. The neon punk universe of this colourful trio, with its polished aesthetic, will captivate you during a hybrid dance show, halfway between a live gig and a rave party.

Behind the intriguing name Jasmine Not Jafar lies a duo of musicians committed to fighting patriarchy and to a safer environment in techno spaces. Never apologising, they impose a heavy and intense sound that makes the walls and hearts alike vibrate. Their world-weary voices, accompanied by their modular synths, bring to life intense and insolent rhythms in powerful sounds that recall the "brat" aesthetic. Far from being a simple DJ set, their live show, with its crafted aesthetic, is full of energy and wild freedom, inviting the audience to share in it.
