BOUM DU BOUM - DJ SETS by Mamillaria & Lannark

🌈 BOUM DU BOUM - On Saturday 10 October we're warming up to the rhythm of ⭐MAMILLARIA & CRUSTASEX⭐ DJ SETS 10 PM - 1:45 AM ⪢LATIN HOUSE, DISCO, electro-cumbia⪡ 🌈 @mamillariadj Her curiosity has led her to be an itinerant soul, a collector of flavours and sounds.

Her musical selection spans all five continents, connecting artists' grooves directly to the dancer's steps. Disco music touched by traditional sounds from each region, Mamillaria invites you to dance and enjoy the hidden gems of every underground club and party she has graced.

Her influences begin with classic 90s house. The subsequent popularization of dembow led her to seek out the roots and branches that intertwine Afro-Caribbean rhythms with their current fusion of electronic sounds.

In a single set, you can travel through the Amazon, arrive in New York and rest in Dakar, while your hips are decolonised along the way. 🌈 @lannark_lamas Lannark is a Colombian DJ, singer, performer and musical curator.

Through Latina Sonora, she curates Latin American music rooted in history, memory and empowerment. Between folklore, traditional, alternative and electronic music, she builds sets where roots meet contemporary sounds.

Her voice and maracas directly intervene in the mix, turning the DJ set into a musical, performative and bodily experience.
