Overview
Six years after his Grammy-nominated album LP5, APPARAT is about to unveil a new chapter with A Hum Of Maybe, due out on 20 February 2026.
Sascha Ring, the Berlin-based producer, composer and performer, reunites with his longtime collaborator Philipp Johann Thimm for a record that blends modular textures, finely chiselled electronics and vocal intensity.
'Maybe isn't a weakness, but a space where things can still grow', he explains.
Over the years, APPARAT has established himself as an unmissable figure in electronic music, giving immersive performances at festivals and venues around the world, from Sónar to Primavera Sound and ARTE Concert.
His world has also left its mark on popular culture, notably through the soundtrack to the Netflix series Dark. With his Trabendo show already sold out, APPARAT will be back in Paris on 9 October for a date at the Élysée Montmartre!
