Overview
Summer 1923. Franz Kafka and Dora Diamant fall in love on the shores of the Baltic Sea.
Suffering from tuberculosis, Kafka follows his beloved to Berlin instead of seeking treatment. Before dying, he asks for Dora's hand in marriage, but her father refuses.
The show invites the audience to this wedding that never took place, a celebration where guests join ghosts in good cheer, to create together the memory of that ceremony, to the sound of klezmer music.
