Overview
Dourack in concert at Péniche Marcounet, with IMAGO as support act.
Dourack claims a distinctive musical identity, which he describes as French alternative R&B, a style blending the sensuality of R&B, electronic atmospheres, 90s rock, and downtempo and ambient sounds. He thus sets himself apart from a French scene still little developed in this vein, seeking to impose his universe, at once
cold and nocturnal, inspired by themes of toxic love, complex relationships, and dark yet controlled atmospheres.
Support act: IMAGO
She cultivates raw emotions through a visual, dreamy music, conceived as a generator of lightness.
She reconciles the child with the adult, opaque black with vivid colours. IMAGO is poised to unfold. »
Style: Alt pop/dream pop
Influences: Saya Gray – Crumb – Sorry – Puma Blue – Portishead – The Marías
