A self-taught pianist with an incomparable touch, creator of the standard Misty and master of a swing as free as it was elegant, he developed an immediately identifiable musical language, where virtuosity, lyricism, and a sense of rhythm are one.
With this quartet, François Constantin celebrates the legacy of this exceptional musician alongside Jean-Michel Bernard, William Brunard, and Romain Sarron.
Together, they revisit Garner's universe with respect and personality, recapturing the communicative energy and freedom that made him a legend.
This project accompanies the upcoming release of an album dedicated to Erroll Garner, expected between September and December, and offers the opportunity to discover a repertoire where the elegance of Erroll Garner's piano meets the complicity and freedom of a top-tier quartet.
