Gentlewoman is a hip-hop dance show. It's about the strong bonds between women. The dancers perform alone, in pairs or in groups. Paradox-Sal is an all-female crew, made up of dancers of exceptional technical level and strong personalities.

Originally brought together by the late Ousmane Sy around house music, he directed them in two hugely successful pieces: Queen Blood and One Shot, which between them have racked up more than 300 performances across Europe.

Gentlewoman, the first piece they've created and signed in their own name, is a show of electrifying energy — of which we had a first taste during our 40th anniversary celebrations.

In Gentlewoman, the Paradox-Sal explore the strength of the sacred bonds that unite women, offering a celebration that is at once intimate and universal. In lines, groups, solos or duets, they assert their identities and their sisterhood.
