Giedre

GiedRé, what she likes best in life is writing funny songs about not-so-funny things. And what she likes even more is singing her funny-songs-about-not-so-funny-things on stage, because the stage lights are very strong and they take ten years off her.

At least that is what she believes, but people are not fooled. ) After all the time she has spent waiting in this darkroom, she has written no fewer than 150 songs, perhaps more, but she cannot count beyond that (though then again, we rarely need to count beyond 150).

So she has chosen her favourites, the people's favourites, has written new ones, and here she is back on the road to sing them for those who are far from home but who have something in their eyes that hurts.

But if you are not far from home and nothing in your heart aches, come anyway, if only to find out whether stage lights really make you look younger. )
