GOLOMB (10:30pm) (Indie rock - Columbus, US) Stemming from the fertile rock crescent of Columbus, Ohio, the trio Golomb (which rhymes with "Column") channels Midwest tensions into an album seeking to establish an authentic connection.
The band can boast not one, but two solid dynamics, which is somewhat of an exception among most trios.
Sister and brother Xenia (bass) and Hawken (drums) form the rhythm section, while composer and guitarist Mickey Shuman and Xenia became husband and wife after years of relationship.
