Presented by Compans Town Hall Founded in 1992, the Gospel Church choir brings together 5 to 30 passionate singers, united by the love of authentic Negro Spirituals and Gospel from American black churches in Harlem.
Through its concerts and festivals, Gospel Church invites the public to a genuine musical and spiritual immersion, carried by powerful voices, communicative energy and deeply mesmerizing rhythms.
The group's philosophy is based on essential values: Brotherhood, Peace, Sharing and Love for one another, powerful and universal messages, more necessary than ever in these difficult times.
Each recital is an intense moment of communion, where the authenticity of the songs, the beauty of the harmonies and the dynamism of the staging stir emotion and fervor in audiences, won over at each performance.
Gospel Church performs in France and internationally, and regularly participates in prestigious television programs.
The choir has notably accompanied major artists on France 2, including Anggun, Chimène Badi, Amel Bent, Jane Manson, Nicole Croisille, Grégoire, Gérard Lenorman and Nicoletta, as well as at the French Song Festival alongside Eddy Mitchell and Thomas Dutronc.
It was also invited to Canal+ / C8 in Touche pas à mon poste, on TF1 in a gospel scene of the Profiling series (season 10), and participated in Claude Lelouch's Finalement film, with music by Ibrahim Maalouf.
On the biggest stages, Gospel Church performed at the Olympia with Eddy Mitchell, Clara Luciani and Adrien Gallo.
Our singers participated in numerous renowned musicals: The Lion King (Théâtre Mogador and Disneyland Paris), Freedom – Rock Opera (Cirque d'Hiver), Little Shop of Horrors, Black Legends, or Ghost – The Musical at Théâtre Mogador.
The singers also participated in prestigious tours alongside Nicoletta, Slimane, André Rieu, Hans Zimmer, M. Pokora, Bob Sinclar
