A spirited duo formed in 2025 by Julien Clauss on synthesis and Paul Laurent on tape recorder. As a sound artist, Julien Clauss creates improvised music, radio art, installations, and site-specific performances. His alpine practice of the modular synthesizer ventilates repetitive music between peaks and plateaus. An architect, multi-instrumentalist, composer, and improviser, Paul Laurent has developed an instrumental practice with the Nagra tape recorder, projecting tape music into an improvised practice of recording and loop massacre.
