Overview
British singer-songwriter and musician James Blake presents his European tour on the stage of Le Grand Rex.
Active since the late 2000s, the artist navigates between pop, electronica, and electronic music. Following a self-titled debut album released in the early 2010s on A&M Records, James Blake has developed a discography marked by stripped-back productions, minimalist keyboards, and a characteristic high-pitched voice influenced by soul and club music.
On stage, the set generally consists of piano performances, machines, and keyboards, offering new interpretations of tracks from various recording projects. The line-up highlights the vocals and sound textures in a concert format designed for seated venues and auditoriums.
This evening is aimed at fans of muted electronic productions and melancholic songs. The Grand Rex venue, located on the Grands Boulevards, hosts this Parisian stopover in a configuration that allows the meticulousness of the arrangements to be appreciated.
