Throughout the centuries, the world of dreams has inspired numerous major works of art. It is in this phantasmagorical universe, populated by Lewis Carroll, Salvador Dalí, and David Lynch, that we now find the Scandinavian artisans of alternative folk-prog KALANDRA, whose elegant blend of Nordic pop and dark atmospheric rock has been making waves for 15 years. Formed while its main members were studying at Paul McCartney's Liverpool Institute of Performing Arts, the band released a remarkably accomplished debut album, "The Line", in 2020, followed in 2022 by the immersive soundtrack for the video game "Kingdom Two Crowns: Norse Lands". In 2024, their album "A Frame Of Mind", both captivating and majestic, powerfully confirmed KALANDRA's ascent. Their proven genius for weaving ethereal melodies within raw and mysterious musical landscapes makes them the perfect candidates for a conceptual album on the theme of dreams, as we discover in "The Other Side".

Inspired by years of intense dream memories and dream journals, KALANDRA's new album explores the fragile boundary between sleep and wakefulness. Oscillating between warm and ethereal soundscapes and unsettling nightmares, this album invites listeners on a journey into the heart of the subconscious. KALANDRA will present their latest opus live in spring 2027, on a new European tour that will bring them to Paris, La Machine du Moulin Rouge. They will be accompanied by FINNEGAN TUI, who blends traditional folk storytelling with complex electronic soundscapes in his music. Access to the concert from 6 years old.
