Karim Duval

Karim Duval presents a café-théâtre show at the Compagnie du Cafe Theatre, in the Nantes Grande Salle, where the French-Sino-Moroccan comedian and actor explores cultural hybridity and contemporary society.

This show belongs to the café-théâtre format and falls within the comedy genre. Karim Duval, a French-Sino-Moroccan comedian and actor, combines stand-up, social satire and generational humour. The themes explored are cultural hybridity and contemporary society, approached from a personal perspective on origins and belonging.

In the hall, it takes the form of a one-man show: the comedian occupies the stage alone and speaks directly to the audience. The tone is that of observational humour, starting from everyday life to question social codes and differences between generations.

The show is aimed at an adult audience curious about social comedy and identity-related subjects. It is presented at the Compagnie du Cafe Theatre, a Nantes theatre located at 6 rue des Carmélites, in its Grande Salle.
