Overview
Two scientists from the Groupe Interdisciplinaire de Recherche pour l'Accession aux Fonctions Électorales (G.I.R.A.F.E.)
) claim to have found a method that is simple, quick and foolproof for winning an election.
Showing little concern for ethics, they pass on to an audience of would-be candidates (the public) all the tools needed to run a successful campaign, drawing on the great political figures of our time. Cynical, yet devilishly funny and effective.
