Overview
La Caravane Passe presents its musical world, infused with Gypsy and nomadic folklore, in a concert on the stage of the Théâtre de Sartrouville.
Formed at the end of 2000 by a singer, songwriter and multi-instrumentalist, the group La Caravane Passe quickly expanded the following year with the arrival of several musicians, including Cyril Moret, Olivier Llugany, Benjamin Body and Patrick Gignon, around Thomas Feterman. This ensemble develops a musical proposition rooted in world music, blending the influences of Gypsy and nomadic folklore with chanson and contemporary music. The writing draws on travel and artistic encounters, shaping a distinctive sound identity within the French music landscape.
On stage, the group deploys a collective energy carried by a varied instrumentation, combining brass, strings and percussion for a dynamic set. This tour offers the opportunity to hear the collective's compositions live in a configuration that encourages closeness with the audience. The Théâtre de Sartrouville hosts this stop for an evening placed under the sign of cultural hybridity, aimed at fans of nomadic music and of boundary-free live performance.
