In the midst of the First World War, Jeanne, Rose, Julie and Louise, four women from different backgrounds, are exhausted making shells while the men are at the front… Jeanne the vengeful, Julie who dreams of love, Rose who discovers “the suffragettes” thanks to Louise, a militant writer. These four women share their fears, their joys, their hopes, their courage and the solidarity of those known as “Les filles aux mains jaunes”.
